Renaissance Services, the leading accommodation, services solutions, and Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) company in the Sultanate, has signed an agreement with Onsor Technologies, a pioneering artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions provider in Oman. The agreement, which was signed at the Deals Hub of COMEX 2024, is a major milestone for Renaissance’s asset management and the digital transformation of its accommodation facilities into smart buildings.

The seamless integration of IoT devices and sensors across various assets along with Onsor’s smart solutions will offer a comprehensive view of assets within a single, user-friendly interface. It will empower facility managers, maintenance teams and other stakeholders to make informed decisions in real-time. Users will be able to access critical information, monitor performance and optimise resource allocation from within a single dashboard. By leveraging IoT data, the solution will also enable predictive alerts and automated workflows that will not only prevent costly downtime but also extend asset lifespan. The partnership will thus enable the transformation of Renaissance accommodation facilities into smart buildings, thereby contributing to sustainability.
